CANCELLATION POLICY
✨Important Policies✨ ✨Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service charge. If the card on file declines, an invoice will be sent, and if unpaid within 24 hours, you will be blocked from booking until the balance is settled. ✨I allow a 10-minute grace period, but anything beyond that will require rescheduling. ✨Consent forms must be completed prior to your appointment. ✨Multiple services booked will be charged in full,no last-minute changes allowed. ✨No children are allowed in the studio. This is your time to relax. ✨Day-of-service payments are accepted via Apple Pay, or cash, After Pay, Klarna or Affirm.Thank you for understanding 🫶🏼
